Step Three of Recovery is a foundational step and it is a critical building block for the rest of the Twelve Steps of Recovery. The Twelve Steps of Recovery are all about a spiritual experience with God and that this spiritual experience with God can help you to be successful in recovery and even to a brand new life as well. Step Three is about making an intentional decision for God, to turn your will and your life over to the care of God. This means that you will no longer be in control of your life, but rather God will be in control. Make a decision for God and be amazed at what God can do in your life.
