Wills journey into personal development has progressed him onto a path of achievement through realising he needed to connect with like-minded people and truly believe in himself. Once he had a network and this solid belief, he had the motivation to become an author and build a brand to do what he loves by working for himself.

Today, Will hosts his own podcast, has published his Christian motivational book ‘Becoming The Best’ and has his own personal brand, all by the age of 18. His desire to help others onto this journey can be seen in his course he has created which teaches how to build and monetise a brand. Listen in to discover how he has harnessed his passion and mindset to build something with his youth and not waste it.

﹥ Connecting with like-minded people is key to personal development, the internet is a great resource to create a network. Reach out to people that you want to be like and that are the kind of people that you aim to be, they could help you grow by offering advice.

﹥ Young people need to be able to take chances at this time in their life. It’s a period in life where you have the opportunity to take so many chances and risks, it can have huge impacts on your future. By taking chances and trying new things you can end up discovering more about yourself and how you want to grow.

﹥ Once you have a passion or a ‘why’, you can use that motivation to build something that you believe in. If others around you aren’t supportive of you trying to develop personally and mentally then you really shouldn’t care what they think. As Will says “when you have haters, that means you’re doing something that actually matters in the world so I would take that as a positive. Use it to motivate you”.
