In this episode of the Grow2Gether podcast, we're joined by Jewel Hohman who is a Mindset Coach who uses brain-based coaching for self-discipline and emotional resiliency instead of avoidance, overwhelm, and self-loathing. Whether it's a goal-setting system, personal routine or reflection exercise (all of which we discuss in this episode) raising your level of self-awareness to find what works for you propels your growth and you shouldn't judge yourself for not doing something, that everyone else appears to be doing.
