After experiencing a traumatic break up two years ago, she wrote a best-selling book called How to Heal a Broken Heart. It’s filled with all the dos and dont's of gettinh over your ex.
For us, it really was a book about the beauty of friendship. When the shit hits the fan, her friends slowly but surely got her back on her feet. Towards the end of book it’s so empowering, I wanted to dance around the kitchen singling all the single ladies by Beyoncé it’s that feel good!
