During the initial portion of the episode, my dad recounts his career path, which began as a young liquor sales representative without a university education, to now celebrating the the recent sale of his equipment financing company alongside one of his closest friends, who he has been in business with for over two decades. He offers words of encouragement to myself and numerous other young entrepreneurs, emphasizing the significance of having a plan and gaining insights from failures.
