As an accounting or finance professional, emotions are probably not high on your list of things you want to talk about or deal with at work.
In fact, if you’re like me when I was an accountant, you believe emotions have little to no place at work.
However, what I've learned is that the opposite is true.
Understanding and managing your emotions is key to your success.
But perhaps not in the way you’re thinking about it currently.
