Feeling lonely and heartbroken can happen for many reasons, especially if you've endured a difficult year. Please know that your feelings are valid and you should not feel guilty about it. If your holiday season is triggering instead of joyful - this episode is for you!

For the past few years I went through just that, and believe me it was very painful. I get it! - I want to encourage you by saying this "It's okay to feel the way you are feeling, and also remember that God is always working behind the scenes!
