Happy Belated Father's Day to all the men who are true Fathers to the young boys and girls in their lives!
Listen - in this day and age, Men are viewed differently still based on societal norms by not only the majority of women in society but by other men as well. The mental well-being of a man can be a fragile thing if not taken care of, much like our physical well-being as well. We have to take steps to value ourselves as men first before we expect anyone else to.
