Hi guys! Welcome back to another week’s episode.

Motivation is the desire to do things... NOT the desire to put in the work to do things. Do you notice the difference?
In all my years of running & dedication to being elite in the physical fitness realm, I have learned that the first step to forming a nonnegotiable habit is motivation. WHAAAA? "Motivation sucks!" *shouts the fitness guru on social media.
No... motivation is a wonderful thing. The only reason motivation gets a bad wrap is because we are simply defining it wrong. Motivation is a wonderful thing & it is the first step. It helps us do 2 things- 1) Understand where we currently are & 2) Where we want to go.
Motivation involves 1) self-awareness, 2) Understanding your WHY, 3) Changing your Identity & 4) Realizing you are the secret sauce.
Tune into this week as we discuss how you can use motivation to your advantage when forming a new habit :)
