I hate cold DM's, I think they're tacky and a waste of time, so that will be none of these 3 things. Instead, I'll walk you through 3 things The Efficient Coaches are doing right now to grow their business (without spending hours on social media) If this helps, hit subscribe, and don't forget to follow me on Instagram…
This is possibly the shortest episode yet, but it's well worth a listen if your coaching business has stopped exciting you, and you want that to change. It's also - admittedly - a teaser for Fridays episode with Aaron, one of The Efficient Coaches.
I remember the first time I was really struggling as an online coach. I thought that if I just posted more on Instagram, more people would see my content, and my business would start growing again. So, I went from one post and a handful of stories a day to three posts and 10+ stories daily. Suddenly, social media felt like a full-time job. The really frustrating thing? I was doing triple the work and seeing no growth. It felt like I was putting in more effort than everyone else but getting even less in return. The Shift That Changed Everything What I learned was that the problem wasn’t that I needed to post more on one platform - I needed to post across different platforms so I could take my audience on a journey. Instead of throwing everything at Instagram, I could: Post once on Instagram. Use that post to direct people to my podcast. Use my podcast to send them to a YouTube video. Use my YouTube video to lead them to a lead magnet. And that lead magnet would get them onto my email list. Now, I had different ways of bringing new people into my world—without Instagram taking over my life. Two Choices as an Online Coach You can go full-time on social media (if you want to). Or, you can build a marketing ecosystem that: Brings people into your world. Keeps people in your world. Makes you the obvious choice for coaching. If you’re tired of feeling like social media is your full-time job, it might be time to shift from posting more to posting smarter . And that starts with building a marketing ecosystem that does the heavy lifting for you.…
Ever found yourself scrolling through Instagram, seeing other coaches killing it, and thinking, why am I not there yet? Comparison can be a business killer, draining your confidence and making you second-guess everything. But the good news? You can break free from it. In this episode, I answer: How do I stop comparing myself to other coaches? Here’s what we cover: ✅ Normalise it - Every coach experiences comparison. It’s human nature. The trick is knowing how to manage it instead of letting it paralyze you. ✅ Mute them (for now) - If someone’s content is triggering self-doubt, it’s okay to mute them. Instead of doom-scrolling, choose to engage with their content when you're in the right headspace. ✅ Build something unique – The biggest comparison trap happens when your business looks just like everyone else’s. If you're just another "fat loss coach" competing with every other "fat loss coach," or if your offer is the same as the next coach’s, comparison is inevitable. The key? Create something unique to YOU and YOUR audience - so that no one else is even in your lane. This is what keeps me focused on The Efficient Coach (TEC). I know there’s nothing else like it out there. If you’re stuck in the comparison spiral, this episode is for you.…

Most people think weight loss is the easiest thing to sell as an online coach. And it is - because it’s obvious. “Lose 10kg” is a simple, clear outcome. But what if you coach something deeper, like improving a client’s relationship with food? How do you sell that when people don’t even know they need it? In this episode, I’ll break down: ✅ Why your audience isn’t just buying results - they’re buying experiences ✅ The difference between “does what it says on the tin” marketing vs. emotional selling ✅ How to make intangible transformations feel as clear and compelling as weight loss If you struggle to sell coaching beyond fat loss, this episode will help you shift your messaging so clients want what you offer.…
If you're frustrated knowing you can help more people, but they're not coming into your program as quick (or as frequently) as you'd like - you're possibly making the same mistake I made. learning this (and fixing it!) stopped people sitting on the fence, and instead - gained trust, immediately having them dive into my DM's saying things like "it's like you're in my head!!" I reveal exactly how I fixed this in this episode.…
Social proof is one of the most powerful tools in marketing, but too many coaches make the mistake of overcomplicating it with vague buzzwords that don’t resonate. In this episode, I break down the simple way to write social proof posts that actually connect with your audience and get them to sign up.…
