When you engage with someone, respecting them as a human being rather than their position, they are more likely to listen to what you have to say.
B) Paul suggests that individuals like these may have the opportunity to regain their senses. This is reminiscent of the story of the prodigal son, who came to his senses and returned to his father. When a person manages to regain their senses, scripture clearly states that they escape the snare of Satan. Because when Satan ensnares them, they end up doing his will rather than God's.
