One of the big focuses lately is helping you navigate health and fitness through the lens of building a better relationship with yourself. But it doesn’t stop there. I’ve also ramped up content delivery through The Almost Daily Email, making it the best way to stay connected. I’ve been sending blog posts, YouTube videos, and even quick vertical shorts that are easy to watch on your phone. So if you're not already signed up, you’re missing out on the easiest way to keep up with everything I’m putting out there.
Live streams are another exciting update. I’ve been experimenting with StreamYard for multi-platform streaming, but now I’ll focus on individual live streams on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. So, if you’re following me, make sure notifications are turned on to catch those live sessions.
Lastly, for all my fellow ‘80s babies navigating the fitness and weight loss space, I see you! We’ve been at this for years, starting and stopping plans, figuring out how to make it a lifestyle. It’s time we stop restarting and focus on what truly works for us.
