EP15 - What happens when you have negative thoughts about you?

It impacts how you show up in the world and the results you get. It impacts your job, your relationships, your health, and your life experiences.

Your thoughts create how you feel, how you feel impacts the actions you take or don't take, and the actions you take directly create your results. Your thoughts create your results.

How can we change our negative thoughts about ourselves? How can we get different results? What can we do to create a better mindset? It takes self-awareness. It takes practice. It takes time.

It's nearly impossible to go from a negative thought to a positive thought. Our brain doesn't believe it. In this episode we talk in depth about some steps to help you create more believable, sustainable thoughts.
