Our guest this week is Paulette Morris, Tibetan Buddhist and Teacher for the Open Heart Sangha in Colorado Springs, teaching meditation and the Buddha-dharma since 2004. We'll be chatting with Paulette about the role and the power of compassion in the Buddhist traditions and looking at ways to bring more compassion into our daily lives.
