If you’ve ever felt the sting of setting New Year’s resolutions that seem to vanish by February, this episode is PERFECT for you. And since we’re airing the day before New Year’s, we’ve got JUST enough time to break down why so many resolutions fail, uncover practical solutions to keep you on track, and help you embrace 2025 with the confidence and clarity you deserve. Our theme for this year is to Thrive in 2025 and today’s episode is going to help us do JUST that!
Did you know that according to the research, 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail by the second week of February? And here are 3 key reasons for this:1) Setting Vague or Unrealistic Goals, 2) Overwhelming Yourself, and 3) Failing to Build a Supportive System. Instead of resolutions, embrace a more dynamic and effective method: goal setting based on habits and systems. Think about what you can do daily or weekly to align with your larger vision. I’ve got some great episodes that I will link here about New Year’s Resolutions one of which is an interview with my daughter when she was stationed in Japan with the Air Force.
With that said, let’s get to some tips that can help you CRUSH your goals in 2025: (Tune in to today' episode to get ALL the specifics!).

  • Tip 1: Set clear, specific, and measurable goals.
  • Tip 2: Focus on habits, not outcomes.
  • Tip 3: Create a vision board or journal.
  • Tip 4: Celebrate small wins.
  • Tip 5: Find an accountability partner.
