It’s been quite a full few weeks for me and in the past this pace would easily have sent me into a spiral, but I have kept myself grounded which gives me such a sense of peace. In today’s episode I want to dive into the concept of “being grounded” with you. Grounding yourself can give you the strength to move through the ups and downs of everyday life without that feeling of overwhelm. Grounding yourself can help to keep your mind clear and your body-centered. The connection we share with our mother earth is such a powerful tool, and is an important part of the puzzle to feel grounded consistently.

I want to share my experience with grounding, what grounding means to me, and how you can discern its meaning for yourself. I’ll also explore some tips on how you can ground yourself day to day. I hope this episode gives you some inspiration and motivation to start connecting more with the earth, so sit back, relax and enjoy!
