When people talk about menopause, it’s all about hot flashes, night sweats, discomfort and misery. It is what it is, those are the cards we’re dealt. Well, I refuse to live in an “it is what it is” world.

As women, we suffer unnecessarily because we try to power through menopause. When we get the help and solutions we need, menopause can be a powerful time of rebirth. Instead of normalizing discomfort, we can take action and experience that.
