In this episode of Storytelling at Scale, I had the pleasure of interviewing Julia Arpog, a recruitment expert, entrepreneur, mother, and foster parent.
Julia shared her journey of starting her own recruitment company, Aligned Recruitment, after going through layoffs in 2023. She discussed the importance of authenticity in sales relationships and the value of being a founder-led sales engine.
