What's it like to get your first investment property and become a first time landlord? Sergio and I both just became landlords very recently. We used the strategy of moving into a new primary residence and keeping the old house as a rental. In this episode we have a conversation about our experience with the transition and the pros/cons of long-term rentals vs. short-term rentals.
As I'm writing this I realize it sounds like we live together but unfortunately we don't. We're just two Italian guys with similar last names and wives with the same name and we both love real estate, helping people, and podcasting.
