Emilia is also the wildly charismatic leader of the benevolent cult of Pony Sweat, a fiercely non competitive dance aerobics celebration. Pony Sweat is a practice in anti-perfectionism and radical self-acceptance, the goal of this high energy, emotive, healing journey is to cultivate freedom of movement and thought, to take care of ourselves and of each other.
