In this episode, I talk to Sue Russell-North from Horses Secret about how she was one of the first people to sign up to my CPD Accredited EFL course (Project Pony™) last August and find out her perspective as a foster carer on becoming an EFL coach.

Sue
Russell-North along with my husband Mitch and birth sons have been fostering
with an independent fostering agency for 8 years.
During
their fostering journey they have witnessed the potential benefit that equine
facilitated learning (EFL) can offer young people and adults alike and even
more so post Covid.
Sue
is based in rural Lincolnshire in the village of Friskney, approximately half
way between the market town of Boston and the seaside town of Skegness.
Sue
says it’s her vision to provide a person centred holistic approach to each of her
clients by delivering a proven programme of support, allowing the individual to
build trust, self-esteem, resilience, emotional regulation and ultimately a
positive outcome.
