Patricia Herzog was born and raised in Germany and experienced a change in culture and values at a young age with a move from the former East to the former West of Germany. She initially decided to pursue a foreign language education. After her first successful years in medical sales and studying to become a marketing manager, Patricia moved to Switzerland where she began a career in recruitment.
She became a leader in middle and executive management within international organizations. Patricia holds an EMBA with specialization in business psychology and is now a self-employed headhunter. With the mission "Who wins the hearts does not need to worry about the heads", she prioritizes values and personality when filling leadership positions.
One focus, which she also addressed in her master;s thesis, is hiring and dealing with toxic personality traits.
