The founder of an aggressively forward-thinking, woman-owned employee benefits startup, Lydia Clark has a 20-year reputation for being a trailblazer in the benefits field, delivering unmatched cost containment, unrivaled transparency, and an unquestioned others-minded approach to the dollar-focused (oftentimes to the point of abuse) insurance industry.

Having been inducted into the Alpha Chi National Honor Society and then passing the CPA exam straight out of college, Lydia dedicated her efforts to protecting insurance clients from the onset of her career by rolling up her sleeves and diving into internal audit and compliance for major insurance carriers nationwide. She has held multiple industry designations showcasing her expertise and her "protect the public first" career approach.

Lydia is a transplant from Florida, a natural mom to two girls and a bonus mom to 4 others, including a sister and brother from Guatemala and two young fellas that came as a God-sent package deal with husband of 5 months, Nate. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Psychology in preparation for her "second mountain" legacy work.
