Yes!! We are actually very much back and talking about feeling like a background character in your OWN life. In someone else's life is one thing but in your OWN is another, that's how I have been feeling and I'm happy and excited to talk about it.

In this episode of Self Interrupted with Kit Costello I talk through how I have been feeling over the past couple of months and try and understand why. I talk through factors like feeling alone, losing friends and loosing romances!
