Salt is good for seasoning. It changes everything it touches. We must have the qualities of salt among ourselves, live in peace, and serve each other.

Salt is a preservative. It keeps food from decay. Our lives and career are excellent places to practice salt and light leadership.

Be alert for providential opportunities to serve and impact others wherever you go by sharing what you learn in your life and career journey.

A "Salt and Light Leader" sees the good in others and the possibility of greatness.

Be affirming, speak the truth in love at every opportunity, and never let kindness and truth leave you. Bind them around your neck, and write them on the tablet of your heart.

The combination of salt and light catalyzes growth as a leader in life and career.

Think about your clients, family, friends, and others you meet today.

Do you discern the opportunity to let your light shine before them so they may see your good works?

How we do our work and respond to stressful situations and challenging circumstances attracts people, especially when we respond with optimism, enthusiasm, and belief for the best possible outcomes.

How do we acquire the qualities of salt and light?

Keep asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep knocking, and someone will see that the door will open to you.
