Hello and welcome back to the ReikiCafe Radio! Thank you so much for joining us. For the month of August, we will be doing a deep dive into the lower three Chakras- our Chakra Foundation.
At ReikiCafe, we believe in the power of the lower three Chakras to unlock healing through releasing subconscious limiting beliefs, diving deeply into the self, and creating a solid foundation on which to build our healing. This week, we will start our journey into the lower Chakra with the very base of our foundation itself: Root Chakra.
Root Chakra is our true foundation, both physically and spiritually. Located at the base of the spine, this Chakra vibrates red and corresponds to feelings of safety and security. Through healing our Root Chakra, we open possibilities to truly heal from the source.
