Kerry's Bio:
Kerry Faix is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and Chief Operating Officer and Founder of Stone Bay Holdings LLC (SBH) since 2013. With extensive experience in building companies from the ground up, she owns and operates a $225 million real estate portfolio, which she oversees the operations. She has partnered on the purchase of a $27.5 million, 558-unit apartment in GA that sold a little over a year later for $41 Million, and her most recent accomplishment was partnering on a $75 million apartment complex in the same area. She is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams and build their businesses.
Steve's Bio:
Steve Lloyd is the Founder of Stone Bay Holdings LLC, an expert at raising capital, with over $175 million in real estate and has raised over $200 million in private capital. Steve lives in Sarasota, Florida, where he owns multiple vacation rentals on Siesta Key, and spends his free time mentoring entrepreneurs and investors, with a passion for helping others live their best lives.
