We may think perfectionism is a badge of honor, but let's call it what it is: FEAR in disguise and is the killer of dreams.

Perfectionism keeps us so stuck that we spend months or even years thinking about starting a podcast, and then finally when you do, perfectionism rears it's ugly head again telling you it's not good enough ... record it again, create a better graphic, or promotional copy ... it's just not good enough ... you're not good enough.

• Writing and re-writing scripts/bullets because they have to be right first

• Indecision about where to start - which topics come first
• They want to practice, take speaking classes first
