This show is all about principles and practices for living the best, most fulfilling life possible, so in this episode, I figured I’d dig into the ideas of a thinker who identified a novel approach to philosophy, the goal of which is to help people flourish. That philosopher is Ayn Rand, and her Objectivist ethics begins with observations of the facts of human life (and life in general) to define a reality-based approach to living one’s best life. Enjoy!
