Dr. Maame Afua Nikabs is a linguist, race and equity consultant, and a cross-cultural communication specialist. She is the founder of LingLab Consult, specializing in business communication, diversity, inclusion and equity training and consultancy.
She has extensive experience using linguistics to answer and solve challenges in various disciplines such as Science, Engineering, Technology, & Mathematics (STEM), and the media. She hosts a weekly Language Matters podcast and is also an academic fellow at Africa No Filter. Maame holds a Ph.D. in linguistics from Queen Mary, University of London and is also a women’s career and success coach.
