We all experience sleepless nights from time to time. Whether this is caused by emotional anxiety or physical pain, we are endowed with divine help from our Heavenly Father who loves and cares for us. By exercising our faith and trust remember to follow these three simple steps:
- The first step is to ASK for this heavenly help.
- Listen to the prompting we are given.
- Apply it to our circumstances.
Two examples are given applying these steps.
