Meet Sara and Erin, Happiness Educators, from, "Happy YoUniversity" they are here to help teens learn to take ownership of themselves and be happy.
Teens need to be able happy, self sufficient and aware of their emotions.
They teach in schools online and they have created an app to help teens be consistent in their check ins.
