How do you change your feelings and remove the limiting beliefs? The first thing we have to do is be ready and to be intentional about the process. If you are ready and you're willing to invest in yourself, then the next thing you can do is acknowledge that you are an amazing soul and that you can access your own inner guidance. If you're willing to try to access your higher guidance rather trying to get advice or guidance from other people you'll experience something beyond the words of advice even by the most well-meaning people. When you have an encounter with pure love, it brings change. It heals. It empowers...It's within you and it is you. This is why I say it's so important to have spiritual health or spiritual well being. It creates faith and trust. You may have heard me say before, It's more powerful to say I trust you than it is to say I love you.... Pure love always comes-in trust.
