This Yoga Nidra practice guides you to the bridge between sleep and dreaming, where deep healing and relaxation occur.

Yoga Nidra is a comprehensive, non-invasive, accessible method for achieving complete relaxation for the whole body. When the body is relaxed, the mind can rotate into a state of deep relaxation as well. When the mind and body are both relaxed, the cells within you can let go of their holding patterns and repair for the entire landscape of your system can take place.

As your brain transitions into the alpha, theta, and delta brainwave states, you are invited to release tensions and connect with your inner consciousness. Through a flow of simple instructions, you are guided you cultivate a state of profound stillness and awareness.

  • Preparation: Begin by settling into a comfortable position. Make sure you’re fully supported and comfortable.

  • Rotation of Consciousness: Body scan for focusing on each part of your body to rotate your consciousness into a state of deep healing, relaxation.

  • Central Symbol: Access to your deeper, built-in intelligence and healing potential
  • Return to Your Intention: Reconnect with the intention you set earlier. Let it resonate deeply.

  • Externalization: Gently transition back to your ordinary waking state, bringing with you the tranquility and insights gained from this practice. Reconnect with your surroundings and return back to the waking state.
