Matthew is a passionate yoga teacher who has personally experienced the amazing benefits of these practices. Through his own dedicated journey, he has created a safe and supportive space for others to heal and grow, embracing all aspects of their experiences.

Matthew's commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement led him to achieve his MVP YTT 200 hour certification in 2021 and he is currently enrolled in the 300-hour MVP YTT program. Matthew also completed the MVP Ritual Guide Certification,, deepening his connection to spiritual practices and rituals.
