Greg McBride, chief analyst for BankRate.com, says that while the site's latest survey shows that few Americans are boosting their stock holdings right now, a majority is still as committed to buying stocks as they were a year ago, with more than half of U.S. investors saying they purposely had made no moves in response to current market volatility.
