I think many of us have been feeling despair since last week.

Over the years I've experienced the death of my baby to SIDS, the loss of a dear friend, the devastating diagnosis for my husband of Primary Progressive MS and, yes, the election.

Many women right now are trying to process their grief and despair and are unsure how.

I'm providing a few pieces of advice that have helped me get through all of these situations in my life. I hope they help you.
