You know that feeling when you struggle to make a decision or get something done? When it feels like you have more on your plate than you can handle? This might have been a low state of mind time.
What about that time you were working on something you love and time just flew by? You were probably in a high state of mind.
Today we’re going to talk about the different between a low state of mind and a high state of mind. I’ll even share a few tips to help you move from low to high and how to help others to the same.
