Today, we are talking make decisions from a place of fear. Often, fear can keep us stuck or make us feel like we don't have a lot of options. We can make a choices even by not make any choice at all. If we can control things in moment when we are uncertain of the outcome, we gain resilience. We build new tool and skills so the next time we are faced with something new or different we can trust ourselves to get through it.
