Have you ever noticed that thinking can lead to to trouble?
This week I have been practicing not thinking being present instead. It has been helpful.
The future and the past don't exist we made them up. It is always right now. What if we stopped going there? We would be right here.
I have read three books by RJ Spina and a book by Joseph Nguyen saying the same thing.
