Frame control, how you guide the internal conversation you have around a particular issue/problem, is a critical first step in getting what you want. Of course, changing how you think about a thing won't actually change your results, but it WILL create a whole new set of possibilities INCLUDING getting what you want and more. How you "see" a thing, the words you use to talk about it and the stories you tell yourself and other's, guides the "first creation/mental creation", which in turn leads to predictable feelings and eventually your outcome.
