We rely on resilience when we’re stressed and need to get back on track. Practice building resilience and grit in good times, so it’s available to you when you need it. Resilience reminds us of our commitments, interests, passions and gets us back on track. We all have ups and downs, it’s very natural. It’s not about being positive all the time. It’s about having skills and choosing to shift your mindset to move through adversity as smoothly as possible.
