The process wasn't easy, especially when financial support was involved. Saying 'no' wasn't just liberating; it was a necessary step in safeguarding my dreams and well-being.🌟

Transitioning from family to friendships, I discuss the transformation of a vast circle of friends into a smaller, more authentic one. The lesson? Choosing authenticity over the need to please. The power of saying 'no' reverberates throughout the episode, urging you to consider what you might be sacrificing of yourself with every 'yes' to others. 🚫
