I explain what the scale actually measures and why it's critical to focus on body composition and metabolic health instead. There are various factors that can cause daily weight fluctuations and how they don't necessarily correlate with your true health status, wait till you hear alllllllllllll of them.

I also have had my own struggles with daily weigh-ins and how it negatively impacted my self-esteem and well-being. By ditching the scale, I've found freedom and fulfillment in listening to my body's true signals.

I asked a very important question in the end and I'd also like to challenge you to:

  • Use a measuring tape for more accurate body composition tracking.
  • Pay attention to how your clothes fit as a marker of progress.
  • Track energy levels and physical performance to gauge true wellness.
