So the month, is comparable to 4 laps or sprints, fast runs...after each lap say you get a rest time of a minute in between each one. Comparable to your “weekend”. If during that rest time, aka your weekend- you’re doing more things that exhaust you rather than make you happy. You’ll feel even more exhausted during the next sprint / fast lap. If during the first one you do ab exercises and or pushups aka one weekend you go out and do fun things or do extra work that ultimately do exhaust you- then maybe the next wkend / next break you actually rest. & take that physical/mental break needed. I wanted to do this in video form eventually I will ❤️ all about balance and everything in moderation
