COVID may be behind us, but the economy and climate matters are pervasive topics. Both are affecting households and whole communities. And long-term sustained exposure to such existential topics can create real feelings of hopelessness, anger and even cynicism.
But in business, nothing can curtail your deal making abilities faster than unchecked cynicism.
With the backdrop of rising cost of living and reversing climate politics, we're looking at the three ways cynicism can kill your negotiation and what you can do about it.
