Ahead of International Women´s day on 08 March and a speech Eleanor Manley will be giving at Nato, we meet the 25 year old who launched her tech company at the grand old age of 22.
We talk about tech and her passion for the industry and why more girls should not just code, but get into the tech industry and why she is already mentoring other women.
She has already come up against a few challenges as a 7 strong female only company, that is making waves in tech land and declined investment on that basis.
In todays episode we celebrate not just our fifth podcast birthday, but also the way Eleanor is empowering women to find their voices in the workplace and to speak up and report incidents of misconduct and abuse.
