Rutledge Long is the co-founder of Parachute Bridge an experiential learning provider and education disruptor.He previously served as the Associate Director of Admissions at Perkiomen School and as a coach and teacher at the secondary level. He holds an M.Ed in Independent School Leadership from Vanderbilt University, a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.
Co-founders Rutledge Long and Patrick Schuermann (his professor) connected over their shared belief that the four walls of a classroom could not deliver all that students needed to be successful. Steeped in research and educational best practices, Parachute Bridge was designed by educators to ensure that students succeed not just in school, but in life.
