This is an interesting pod episode listeners. I interview six clinicians from the amazing California therapy practice, Salinas Counseling. Salinas Counseling is run by Rosa Salinas, is located in Redlands, CA, and specializes in providing cultural competence for each and every one of their clients first before diving into clinical interventions.   • How do we start the process of getting therapy or going to therapy with someone?
  • It only takes one person to break that cycle of generational trauma
  • What it means to be relatability in a world that sets you up to fail
  • 86% of mental health professionals are white
  • The balance between being mindful about disclosure and relating to them to help
  • You don’t have to be in a crisis to reach out for therapy
