What’s the difference between a personal trainer and a health coach? In this episode, I’ll explain the differences and get deep into why I transitioned to being a health coach.
Both trainers and coaches can have a significant impact on helping you achieve your goals. But my passion for coaching was fuelled largely by my own difficult health journey, which includes cancer, losing my job as a crane operator, yo-yoing physical and mental health, and eventually meeting a coach who completely changed the way I looked at health and wellness.
I hope this episode helps you better understand why I coach the way I do, and inspires you to go out and find the right people to fuel your own transformation.
